The “Quarantine With Me” playlist is meant to help take your mind away from the current pandemic going on around the world. I have seen many people make a playlist throughout their quarantines. Some were meant to be funny, others meant to be more healing, I think everyone’s is going to be completely different depending on what you are looking for.
This past month I have been making a playlist with some of my friends based on a song prompt each day. I took some of the R&B songs that people chose and put them in this playlist to add a personal feel. I thought the song challenge would be fun, because some prompts make you really think about the songs you listen to and how they make you feel. As well as, incorporate some new music in genres you wouldn’t normally gravitate for.
Along with the songs from the song challenge I also incorporated some albums that have recently been released or I have recently discovered because that has helped me a lot as well. Some favorites, I’m sure you’ve seen me talk about, are featured. All in all, we need something to distract us from what’s going on in the world.
