I know you’ve been dying to know who I am, why I did this, and why I haven’t gained the fame and fortune I deserve. Well, this is in fact, the post you have been dying for, all about me. I know, I know you can stop screaming now. As you can tell my sarcasm is definitely a trait of mine I like to take pride in, so look forward to more posts that contain some sort of sarcasm, dad joke, or pun in the future. 

Let’s Get Down To The Knitty Gritty

I am proud to say that my hometown is the one and only, Los Angeles, California. I have lived there my whole life and have enjoyed it until I learned how to drive. I am currently a 20 year old sophomore attending San Jose State University double majoring in Advertising and Photography, in hopes of becoming a photojournalist ready to travel the world! I am also a Sagittarius zodiac sign (the best sign, if you ask me). I decided to make this blog site about music, and more specifically R&B because that is recently the genre of music I have found that I feel I vibe with the most. As I grew up I would always listen to the music everyone else enjoyed and never really found a genre or an artist I enjoyed. Now as a college student, I have found that R&B music, new and old, is a genre I thoroughly enjoy. I am no longer insecure in the music I listen to and feel no need to assimilate to the music everyone my age enjoys. I take pride in the artists I love, which are typically the ones no one knows. Overall as a California raised, African American women living in San Jose, R&B has helped me feel at home.
